# Privacy Policy — Google Calendar All-Day Expander

Google Calendar All-Day Expander ("the extension") is built to respect your
privacy. This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do
with information.

## Data collection

The extension does **not** collect, store off your device, transmit, sell, or
share any personal or sensitive user data. It contains no analytics, no
tracking, and communicates with no external servers.

## What is stored, and where

The extension saves a single display preference **locally on your device**, using
Chrome's local extension storage (`chrome.storage.local`):

- which view option you last enabled (expand or drag handle), and
- the height you resized the all-day events area to.

This information never leaves your device. It is used only to re-apply your
chosen layout automatically when Google Calendar reloads.

## Permissions

- **storage** — used solely to remember the display preference described above,
  locally on your device.
- **Access to calendar.google.com** — the extension runs a content script only on
Google Calendar in order to adjust the visual height of the all-day events
area. It reads only the layout element needed to resize that area. It does not
read, collect, or transmit your calendar events, your account information, or
  any other data.

## Data sharing

None. No data is sent to the developer or to any third party.

## Changes to this policy
